Greg Zipp – President
Graduated from Auburn University with a degree in transportation, worked for Yellow Freight for 17 years before starting Gulf Coast Logistics. Now with 33 years of experience in Supply Chain and Logistics, he has been able to build a team that is world class helping customers solve the logistic needs.
Patty Zipp – Comptroller
Started Gulf Coast Logistics with Greg Zipp in 1999. I serve as the Comptroller and my primary responsibilities are accounts payable, accounts receivables, payroll and payroll taxes. I also work with the staff to ensure customer service levels are high and procedures are in compliance with each customers' needs.
Shumaine McDuffie – Operations Manager
Shumaine joined Gulf Coast Logistics in 2007. Shumaine is responsible for overseeing the daily logistic operations. Shumaine is also responsible for customer and truck carrier relationships and development. Her main goal is to provide excellent customer service and deliver freight on time.
Brigitte Procell – Logistics Coordinator
Brigitte joined the Gulf Coast team in 2012. Brigitte's daily responsibility is monitoring freight loading and unloading to make sure carriers pick up and deliver on time. Brigitte is also responsible for brokering loads to carriers and investigating carrier safety scores to make sure that we provide only the best carriers for our customers.
Lucas Kuyper – Operations Planner
Lucas Kuyper graduated from Iowa State University and has been in the truck brokerage business since 1999. He has worked with a vast array of customers, all with varying transportation requirements. He is experienced in providing logistic services which includes flatbeds, vans, reefers, LTL, containers, bulk and specialized equipment.s.
David Kieffer – Operations and Sales
David Kieffer has been in the truck brokerage business since 1995 providing service to customers logistic needs with flatbeds, vans and specialized equipment. David and his wife have 3 children. In his free time he enjoys the hobby of fishing.
Cameron Zipp – Operations and Sales
Graduated from Southern Miss in 2010 with degree in Business Administration. Worked in the Oil field for 6 years doing outside sales and decided to join the good guys and get in Logistics/Transportation. Joined the team in May, 2016, to learn and to help build on what great customer service we provide along with expanding our clients base. Will be working in both day to day operations and outside sales to ensure we offer world class customer service and increase revenue.
Theresa Stokes – Logistics Coordinator
Theresa joined the team in 2011 after 20 years in the industry, her main responsibility is finding assets to cover our customers’ shipments and on boarding quality carriers.
Accounting and Operations Planner
Haley joined the Gulf Coast Logistics team in 2017, her main responsibilities include accounts payable, accounts receivables, operations and dispatch. Her main goal is to provide great customer service and to ensure all our customer and carrier needs are met.
